Sinners and the Saviours
Well good morning Lord it's Sunday and I'm here in front of you with the Sinners and the Saviours, the righteous and the new and I'm here today, in person and I'm recognising you for the loving and the drinking the kinda things I like to do
Just like waking up on Monday with the sun 'beatin down by the time it gets to Tuesday I might be comin' round and I'll wash the shirts, dig the dirt do the things I need to do and by the time I see you next here's just what I'll do...
I'll go down to Baby-Mammas and I'll raise a glass or two for the Hungry and the Homeless, the Prostitutes and You and I'll hear the jokes bless each and every one of you well Lordy Lord! it'sFriday, Halleluya How'd ya do?
and I'm drunker Lord this evening than any man has ever been I'm laying low to my temptation as if she were the Queen
And I've made it thru to Sunday and I'm still here, in front of you with the Sinners and the Saviours the Righteous and the New.
